Washington County Libraries
The Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS) has information about library cards here. They provide a great deal of eBooks, as well as other online resources. Since each library in WCCLS is run independently, you should find your local library.
Clackamas County Libraries
Libraries in Clackamas County (LINCC) allow people ages 13 and older to get an eCard allowing use of all online resources, including eBooks. If you already have a library card, you also have access to these materials.
Fort Vancouver Regional Libraries
Fort Vancouver Regional Libraries (FVRL) offers their Everything Card that you need to apply for in a library, and their eCard that you can apply for online, and that allows you to use all of their digital resources, including eBooks.
