Indoor Active

  Build a Fort -- Steal all those blankets and towels from the closet and build a secret hideout. All the climbing and crawling around will get your muscles working.

Create a Treasure Hunt -- Make a map, or hide notes with clues that lead to the next point. Don’t make it easy; you have an entire house to work with!

  Play Games -- Darts, Ping Pong, Pool, Foosball, Air hockey, Shuffleboard… Play a full round of each and you’ll be tired for sure.

Start Indoor Seeds for a Summer Garden – Grow Radish, Lettuce, Peas, Carrots, and more!

Meditation / Yoga

Backyard Activities

Do some Yard Work -- Rake some leaves, add some compost, weed the flower beds.

  Foster a Pet -- Stop by the local shelter Because they need exercise too! 

Go on a Bear Hunt -- Take a walk around the neighborhood; count the number of bears that your neighbors have placed on their porch or windows.

  Have a Toy Gun Battle -- Water guns, laser tag, nerf guns, foam balls… Whatever it is, just don’t get hit!

Throw a Virtual Outdoor Dance Party -- Put together a mix tape, invite your friends; you’ll be sweating in no time!
